The Frydenbø Group has partnered with the Norwegian Ski Federation (Alpine) for eight years and is now signing a new agreement that extends through the 2024/25 season.
- It was great to learn that Frydenbø has such great faith in what we do and wishes to participate in the continued strengthening of our alpine environment in Norway, said Claus Ryste, sports manager for alpine skiing. The focus of our previous collaborations has been to give women the same opportunities as the men. In the new agreement, funds for para-alpine skiing are earmarked and Frydenbø's logo will be clearly visible on the para-alpine national team jackets starting in the autumn of 2022.
- We are aware of our corporate social responsibility and how sponsorship funds can contribute in a positive way. By earmarking funds, we can contribute to positive change and equal opportunities regardless of gender or physical impairment. We have been looking forward to investing in Norway's para-alpine team and are very pleased to extend the agreement to do just that, said Silje Ulla-Zahl, marketing and communications director for the Frydenbø Group.
Frydenbø's logo will be visible on the speed suit and baselayer associated with all World Cup and Europa Cup teams.
- One of our priorities was to connect the Frydenbø brand even closer to the athletes. We look forward to developing this concept further as we define the details of the collaboration, Ulla-Zahl added.
